Acrobranch Hillcrest的点评
点评：Dear Acrobranch Team,
I would like to take a moment to share some positive feedback about one of your incredible team members, Andile, following our recent visit to Acrobranch Hillcrest.
Our son visited Acrobranch for the first time, and we were fortunate that Andile was the instructor guiding him through the course. From the very beginning, his passion for people and his patience were immediately evident. I listened as he gently motivated our son, explaining each step with care and encouragement. Because of this, our son instantly trusted him and grew in confidence as the course progressed — so much so that he asked Andile to do the course with him a second time, and even insisted that we return the following day to do it all over again.
On our return visit, Andile was assisting another customer. Watching from below, I was truly moved by his dedication. He motivated them consistently, showed genuine care, wiped their face, ensured they took breaks when needed, and even had water in his pocket to keep them hydrated. His patience, compassion, and attentiveness were remarkable.
Andile’s passion for people and his commitment to his role are incredibly evident. He is without a doubt a huge asset to your team and one of the main reasons we will definitely be returning to Acrobranch Hillcrest.
