Overwhelming but nice for an afternoon visit

点评：Visited as a family of 4 adults for the first time. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it was definitely very overwhelming and a nightmare to navigate! After parking by the Green Mall, this part of the centre was easy to wander around but you can easily find yourself lost and going round in circles, which we definitely did. There were maps available, which we used but even with this and following signs, it was too much to get around in one afternoon. Plenty of shops, things to do and places to eat though, so I think with a little more of an idea of where you want to go, it should be easier.
We did find there was a lack of two things: staff and bathrooms. We ended up walking from one side of the centre to the other to find an accessible bathroom, which in most places is an easy thing to find. When we did ask a member of staff for help, their attitude was that there were 24 accessible bathrooms in the centre, so we shouldn't be questioning where one is. Other than this interaction, there were actually very few staff around to ask if we'd have needed to.
