点评：In the morning I purchased tickets on there website and choice that day for my visit. Took a 3 hour drive with my autistic son to arrive and find the park was closed .why did the website let me buy tickets for the day ? With confusion I asked the gate staff what was going on. The gate staff was very rude looking away and responded it's been on the website. Cutting me off its there it's been there! I asked for the manger because I was now insulted as well as upset. I show the manger the website and he admitted that they know and are working to fix it. The employees had refused to provide their names and the manger claimed he didn't know the employee names because he is just filling in. But I could use my tickets any time till September 7th. Well that isn't going to work with it being a 3 hour Drive and school beginning soon . So I received no apology my money taken and no care for such a horrible experience.
