The Alnwick Garden的点评
点评：Update 8 years later:
Today we found the garden something of a disappointment, perhaps its because my boys are now grown up. Maybe it’s because it looks tired in places.
The main reason is the cost. If you wanted to see the gardens and the castle it would be the best part of £50. There’s no combination ticket so for us it was one or the other. Wish we’d chosen the castle or, potentially, neither.
Cafe was also disappointing, 1:15 and virtually nothing left and what there was was past its best. It does feel like the primary goal of the place is milking the cash out of the customers, rather than quality, service and value.
Alnwick gardens have the feel of a theme park, and I don’t mean that in a derogatory way. It’s clean, well looked after and extremely professional. The gardens were immaculate today in the warm sunshine. The tour of the poison garden was interesting and informative.
My boys loved the bamboo maze and the water features - no holding back on the interactive elements. Great stuff. The design of the cherry tree walk, complete with swing chairs, is brilliant.
We also loved the crazy golf but try and time your round when it’s not too busy.

奥尔尼克花园则有着主题公园的氛围——我这么说并无贬义。那里干净整洁、维护得当，且极具专业性。今日在温暖的阳光下，花园显得格外美丽。参观毒草园的环节也既有趣又增长见识。我的孩子们非常喜欢竹制迷宫和各种水景设施——互动元素的设计也相当出色。太棒了！带有秋千椅的樱花步道设计也堪称绝妙。
我们也很喜欢迷你高尔夫，不过建议挑选人少的时候去玩哦。
