Boats ,,BOKI"的点评
点评：Very disappointing experience. We clearly asked twice before getting on the boat if it was going to the Blue Cave, and we were told yes. However, the boat took us in another direction, towards Kotor, and stopped at another port to pick up more passengers.
When we realized something was wrong, we asked again and were told that the boat was NOT going to the Blue Cave. We were simply dropped off at another port, with no alternative solution offered.
We were traveling with children, and the boat driver could clearly see that we were with our kids, yet he made no effort to help us or find a solution. We had to pay another €100 for a boat to take us back to the beach where we had originally departed from.
We felt completely misled and abandoned. If the boat was not going to the Blue Cave, this should have been clearly communicated before we boarded. Very poor communication and absolutely no consideration for passengers, especially families with children. I would not recommend this service.
