Nice green space with lots to see, even if the tower was closed!
奥林匹克公园的点评
点评：The Olympic Park in Munich is as old as me, and like all good things that were created in 1972 its a little tired around the edges and needs a bit more "work" than it used to. Whilst we were there the tower was shut for renovation, which was a shame, as was a lot of the stadium structures, hopefully this investment means locals get to use these sports facilities for many years to come.
regardless, we still found plenty to do:
* Mini golf - a number of pre-fabricated holes that ran super fast, some were quite challenging and the course was not overly busy. We had fun!
* Boating lake - we wanted to take out a row boat but that was not possible on the day we were there, so we settled for a pedalo, its hard work and the lake is not that large, but you got a good vantage point of the tower and some of the stadium.
* Olympic Mountain - apparently formed by rubble and build materials from a post war Munich, its a man made hill that gave excellent views of Munich, which is on the whole a fairly flat city.
* OlympiaAlm - on the walk down from the Olympia Mountain we stopped at this cute little beer garden, it serves beer from an independent brewery and not one of the "big 6" which made a nice change, and it has a nice shaded courtyard in which we cooled down after our walk up the hill.
The Olympic Park is definitely worth a half day visit, particularly if you combine it with the nearby BMW Museum / Welt, as its a very different experience to the tourist heavy Old Town.

奥林匹克公园绝对值得花半天时间游览，尤其是如果能和附近的宝马博物馆/世界博物馆一起参观的话，因为这里与游客熙攘的老城区截然不同。
