澳大利亚国家海洋博物馆的点评
点评：We went to the museum specifically to see the Galloway Hoard. I booked tickets online, which was easy to do, but I inadvertently booked for the wrong day. There's a 'help' email printed on the tickets, so I emailed right away.....and then again a few days later...and then again and again, and never got a response or acknowledgement of the email. Finally on arrival at Sydney I emailed the main email for the museum and this time got a response. We headed to the museum and they sorted the ticket date for us. A quick acknowledgement that this could be done would have improved my rating, ut the service was non-existent with the email printed on the tickets.
As the the exhibition, it was very nice, but a couple of the best exhibits were 3D printed versions of the actual thing, so a little disappointing. Plenty of information given though, although you can watch a YouTube video and see every piece in detail eith explanations.

翻译：我们特意前往博物馆是为了参观加洛韦宝藏。我在网上预订了门票，过程很简单，但不小心订成了错误的日期。门票上印有“求助”邮箱地址，于是我立刻发了邮件……几天后又发了一次……之后又连续发送了多次，却始终没有得到任何回复或确认。最后，抵达悉尼后我给博物馆的官方邮箱发信，这次终于得到了回应。我们前往博物馆，工作人员为我们安排了门票的日期。如果当时能简单确认一下确实可以安排的话，我的评分也会更高些；不过除了门票上印着的邮箱地址外，根本没有任何其他服务可言。
至于展览本身，还是挺不错的。不过有几件最精彩的展品其实只是实物的3D打印复制品，这让我有些失望。不过展览提供的信息倒是很丰富；事实上，只要观看YouTube上的视频，就能详细了解每一件展品及其相关说明。
