Great Location, Fantastic staff, Cleanliness a major issue in lodge.

点评：Just returned from an Easter 4 night stay and the only reason i have given 3 stars is because all the staff from the clubhouse to the lodge staff and hot tub guy were fantastic and so welcoming . The lodge was not very clean and after listening to the dog crying with his head under each sofa we moved them to find old sweets a sock loads of crumbs/crisps - they had not been moved for months. The hoover was completely full like it had not been emptied for months and it smelt awful when we tried to use it.
The Lodge was for 4 people and utensils were 4 knifes 4 forks 4 spoons 4 plates, etc etc so you had to wash up every time you used anything so no need for a dishwasher. The bathroom had a small bin and some complimentary toiletries and a toilet brush but the en suite had nothing- no bin/ brush or toiletries!
The beds were made up but when you pulled the duvet back the bottom sheet was half way down the mattress on every bed - this is just pure laziness on the person making the beds, it would of been better to of left the bedding on bed for guests to make up.
The tap on the kitchen sink just swung round where it had not be tightened properly underneath and splashed everywhere.
The net curtain at patio doors was ripped.
We did ask for kitchen scissors and a hairdryer which were brought to the lodge that day but did not report anything else as there had been a powercut and most of the site had no power so staff were dealing with that and we could make do for 4 days.
We had to make gravy in Tea Pot as no jug!
We loved the site and location and the hot tub was checked everyday but unfortunately the cleanliness/upkeep of the lodges really lets this site down.

小木屋是四人间，餐具只有四把刀、四把叉子、四把勺子、四个盘子等等，所以每次用完都要自己洗，根本没必要配备洗碗机。浴室里有一个小垃圾桶、一些免费的洗漱用品和一个马桶刷，但是套房里什么都没有——没有垃圾桶、马桶刷，也没有洗漱用品！
床铺虽然铺好了，但掀开被子后发现床单都滑落到床垫一半的位置——这纯粹是铺床的人偷懒，还不如把床单留在床上让客人自己铺。
厨房水槽的水龙头因为底部没有拧紧，会晃动，水溅得到处都是。
露台门的纱帘破了。
我们确实要了厨房剪刀和吹风机，当天就送到了小木屋，但因为停电，营地大部分区域都没电，工作人员都在忙着处理，所以我们没有再提其他问题，也就凑合住了四天。
因为没有水壶，我们只能用茶壶做肉汁！
我们很喜欢这个营地和它的地理位置，热水浴缸每天都有人检查，但可惜的是，小木屋的清洁和维护状况实在令人失望。
