点评：What a fantastic day in July with Arthur for our group of 5. We had been trying desperately to figure out how to work a visit to Islay into our trip to Scotland, but with limited time and only a subset of the larger group interested in Scotch tastings, we were left with flying in on the morning flight from Glasgow and returning that evening. All I had to do was give Arthur our flight arrival and departure times, tell him which distilleries we wanted to visit (Laphroaig, Ardbeg, and Lagavulin) he he put together an amazing itinerary.

We had planned the trip around the tastings, but Arthur took us around the island and showed us many additional sights and vantage points. He maximized our time and sights and it was truly an amazing experience that went far beyond just the tastings.

We have traveled extensively and taken many guided tours, but I cannot say that we have met a better guide. Arthur is the most knowledgable, kindest, giving and funny guide we have ever had. I cannot recommend him enough. Seek him out and make it a day with him. You will not be dissappointed!
