Elephant Sanctuary Hartbeesport Dam的点评
点评：I would like to raise a concern regarding the time management of the tours at the Elephant Sanctuary, particularly with this particular lady who has been conducting the tours.
I have been bringing guests to the sanctuary for many years, and I have noticed that the tours are often taking much longer than the time we are told. We are told the tour will take around 1 hour 30 minutes, but it sometimes ends up taking almost 3 hours.
I have already mentioned this to the people at reception, but the same thing continues to happen whenever I bring guests. My guests are also not happy with the situation because they have other places to visit, and we end up spending far too much time at one place.
My guests were also not happy about being told about tips before the tour even started. I don't think guests should be put in that position before they have even experienced the tour.
I have been bringing guests here for many years, and I was honestly not happy with how the situation was handled. Please could management look into this matter, especially regarding this particular lady and the amount of time her tours are taking.
