点评：A truly moving and memorable place to visit, the Australian War Memorial is beautifully presented and gives such a powerful insight into the experiences and sacrifices of those who served. The exhibitions are fascinating and incredibly well put together. With so many personal stories and attention to detail, visitors get a true sense of what the past was like.
There is a very respectful and reflective atmosphere throughout and the Roll of Honour is particularly poignant.
I took one of the guided tours which was led by Del. Her incredible knowledge, passion and thoughtful explanations added so much to the visit. She brought the stories and exhibits to life in a way that was engaging, informative and easy to follow. Del was also warm, approachable and happy to answer questions, making the tour feel personal and meaningful.
