点评：There are around 370 steps throughout the cave chambers with quite a few viewing platforms to rest and look, and a final climb of 170 steps to exit. So a moderate fitness level is required. If not sure, the first chamber is really interesting and flat - and you can exit from the entrance. A highlight was the fossil display on the 2nd or 3rdlevel and the fossil jaw bone in the rock as you climb. Audio guides are available so you can pace yourself as you explore. We took about 1 hour 20 minutes, going back on the long path through the forest to the visitors centre (after the 170 steps exit). Be aware the long path has several more steps and a creek crossing with stepping stones. The path has a lot of diversity in plants and is well worth it if you can manage it. There is also an option of a shorter walk back or you can exit back through the entrance. Everything is clearly signed
