点评：It is when you see places like Uluru and walk around this massive rock that you understand why people would believe in the supernatural.
The rock sits alone right in the middle of the Australian red desert, like a milestone.
We went in the summer when temperatures can reach 45°. It is not like a hot day at the beach, it is scorching humbling heat that will leave you dry if you are not careful.
In these conditions, do the walks at sunrise. The view is majestic and it is not too hot yet. The walks will close at 11 anyway if it's too hot.
Take a lot of water. We followed the recommendations and had 1L/hour/person. A bit too much but not by a large margin.
Fly nets are a must have in the summer. These are definitely not optional as some people who did not have it would give up on the walk because the flies were too bothering.
It is all worth it as the experience is mystic.
