What's with the Dinosaurs
墨尔本动物园的点评
点评：I don't know whose bright idea was to have a dinosaur section in a zoo. When all that space could be used for real living animals. Most animals enclosures though are decently sized. The oddest bit I came across was the giraffe enclosure having a food and beverage stand right next to it, the place stank worse then an open sewer from the giraffe poo yet someone thought its best to have people eating there Baffles me. I could barely stand 5min there.
The aquarium was in shocking condition, water was as murky as a washing machine. Could barely see penguins swimming, seems like the water hasn't be cleaned in ages. The good aspects were the birds enclosures and being able to go up close to the emus especially.
The park does have a great range of food and beverage in the picnic areas. Thoughts with stroke I'd recommend staying away from the butterfly enclosure as it was extremely humid even on a cool day. Overall wouldn't revisit.
