塔斯马尼亚博物馆与美术馆的点评
点评：Burrow and Brew named in honour of Geevestons resident platypus. The platypus is represented in decor and in a cute iced biscuit.
My third visit this week ( I live over the river) the coffee is seriously one of the best I have had.
Home made pies, sausage rolls, muffins, cake, scones. the biscuits made by a local baker are delicious and so cute. This week along with the platypus there was a Dalmatian (sadly on the trip home I ate it before I took a photo.).
The breakfast wrap was delicious tasty bacon and not plastic cheese. The previous visit I had a pie and asked if there was any chance I could get a side salad, that was no problem and what a side salad it was. I was expecting just a bit of lettuce some tomato and a slice of cucumber if lucky. This was not that as can be seen by the photo. The pie pastry was light and crisp, no soggy bottom or inside. Tasty and full of meat not gravy.
I love the place. Friendly staff who banter with locals and chat welcoming with visitors. The decor is light filled even on a grey day. Plenty of tables, and a small lounge area. Great value food.

我喜欢这家店。员工友善，会和当地人闲聊，也会热情地接待游客。即使在阴天，店里的装潢也明亮通透。座位很多，还有一个小小的休息区。食物物超所值。
这真是一家不容错过的宝藏餐厅，非常值得一去。
