A must see, it's beautiful

点评：As a big fan of the comedy show Benidorm, I had seen this place on TV and wanted to visit, we had been to the little cove beach below for the morning and the stairs up to the Castell are right by the beach entrance, there's lots of steps up to the top (you can walk the long way round with no steps to the top but some steep hills through the old town to get up there) I have severe osteoarthritis and it took me a while to get up there, with a stop in the middle, but once up there, it was totally worth it, there's a few little craft stalls selling jewellery and souvenirs, cafe/bars and the stunning views, in the show it's made to look like an outdoor seating area for a restaurant but check the photos and you can see it's not, there are more steps down to the lower level but you don't have to do them to enjoy the beautiful views, remains of the castle can be seen through glass panels in the floor and information boards explaining about the castle.
