点评:I've had this saved as a place to visit for a few years now and have finally got round to visiting. It did not disappoint. Did a day trip from Manchester. Admission fee was £24 each, we we're advised this cost the same as an annual pass. We spent around 2 hours here. Disabled and family friendly as they have lifts and ramps around the aquarium. You take a lift to the top floor and essentially work your way down the biggest tanks I've ever seen. I think the way they have set out this aquarium is amazing, small ecosystems within a large tank so it feels more open for the wildlife rather than small tanks you may see in other places. They rehabilitate wildlife from other parts of the world, so you will see some wildlife damaged but know they have been rescued and are thriving. We had the pleasure of speaking to a WWF employee, who had taken her break during our visit and she told us facts about the aquarium and the wildlife. An amazing time.
