Worst spa I have ever visited.

点评：My daughters booked a spa day with cream tea for my 60th birthday. When we arrived we were given bathrobes and slippers. The bathrobes were more like children sizes not adults and they were very uncomfortable. We went into the locker room to change, but hardly any of the lockers worked. Once changed we went into the spa area, but there was a mother and toddlers swimming class going on. Once this finished an OAP fitness class started in the pool and the music was so loud you couldn’t hear each other speak. The pool is very small so we couldn’t swim due to the fitness class. The jacquizzi was broken and not available, so we went into the steam room, but the smell was very bad. There was only 6 sun loungers which had towels on them so there was no where to sit. After around 15 we left and went for a facial which we really enjoyed. After the facial we decided not to return to the spa area and instead went for our cream tea. It was very disappointing, all we got was a pot of tea and 2 small scones with jam and cream. We expected sandwiches etc so we left very disappointed and very hungry. Hands down this is the worst spa I have ever visited and we definitely won’t return. The whole spa area is in need of a total reform. For the price they charge, it is a total rip off.
