spent around £300 on games, food, and drinks at this venue, and the way we were treated was absolutely unacceptable.
After paying £100 for a bowling game, a technical error occurred. Instead of fixing the issue calmly and professionally, a short, very thin female staff member with glasses approached us in an aggressive manner, raising her voice and accusing us of touching the screen. We were spoken to with complete disrespect, as if we were children who had never bowled before, despite doing absolutely nothing wrong.
When we asked to speak to a manager, the situation became even worse. The manager showed no professionalism, no customer service skills, and no understanding of how to handle a paying customer. All we asked was to finish the game we had already paid for, yet we were told that they “don’t do these kinds of things here,” and no solution or compensation was offered.
Spending this amount of money only to be treated so poorly is shocking. The owner of this place seriously needs to reconsider the staff they employ, especially in customer-facing roles. If you want people to return and recommend your business, this is not how you treat them.
I will never return to this venue and will definitely not recommend it to anyone.
