点评:We booked vip as our child is autistic and arrived 5 minutes before our booking, to be told family before were 15 late. He told us to wait by lane and come back to the desk once they finished. The family befor us were still on lane dressing their kids when we went to desk. They told us we were late and had missed our booking although they recalled we had been to desk already but said we hadn'tdone as instructed and come back. He refused to even ask them and said he didnt care if we had any disabilities, we were late and that was our own fault, and the couple behind us were on time so they take priority. (To add humour to it all, this couple arrived at desk same time that we went back as requested and my partner being a gentleman was polite and offered to let her go first) after gary the manager refused us anothe vip lane, I asked for a refund instead. He said no refunds, i refused to leave the desk without my vip lane or a refund, he threatened to have me removed by security saying i was being aggressive because i was shouting. I was shouting as it was 500 decibels im there and he couldnt hear me or me himfor that matter. Eventually after another 15 mins of me refusing to move, he put us on another lane in the vip section ( 40 mins after our original booked time) . After the bowling my son went up to the desk to cash in hos arcade vouchers. We heard the lad who served us originally talking into his microphone saying oh she is back again and then looked over and smirked at the manager gary.
