点评：I’m so pleased that I went to Fred’s custom tackle today. I’ve been to many fishing stores over the years that I fished, but I really am impressed by the way that Fred’s goes the extra mile. I would like to make a special shout out to both Joel the manager of the store and to Vince who helped me find a pair of waders today. I also want to thank Vince for his patience with me as it took a long time for me to find a pair of waders. I would also like to make special mention of Isaiah who helped me buy a rod a few weeks ago. My experience with Fred’s has been that the knowledge that these people possess is superior to purchasing other manufacturers equipment online, especially with expensive items like rods and waders. In my 20 years of fishing and going to Fred’s for help, I have found the staff at Fred’s to be very helpful. It doesn’t matter if you are a novice starting out or you’ve been fishing for many years. For me, Fred’s staff not only meets the customers needs, they work hard to exceed it.
