Abysmal service at El Mexicana, avoid!!

点评：Well I’ve had some dodgy customer service in the past but El mexicana in this place takes the biscuit for the worst. Ordered a burrito and iced latte which should have been a pretty quick order as there was nobody else waiting. Seems I caught the two people ‘working’ on a day where they didn’t fancy doing anything because they just stood there for about 5-10 minutes doing nothing before noticing an order had come in despite seeing me waiting. The guy then took another 2 minutes putting some gloves on and started to make the burrito with zero urgency before slapping it down on the counter and left it to leak and go cold while making my ‘iced latte’ at a glacial pace. He finally handed it over and it was a hot latte, not iced so I told him I ordered an iced one, as per the receipt and he got in such a huff and started bitching about having to remake it to the woman on shift, as though it was my fault that he didn’t read the order correctly! So all in all, I waited upwards of 20 minutes for a cold, soggy burrito with rock hard beans and was made to feel like a burden for asking for the correct drink I ordered. These people need some training in how to interact with other humans because that whole ordeal was shocking
