点评：Well had a fine day until it was time to leave and 6pm hit. I heard one of the ladies say the rest xould go that were already in line but i wasnt quite at the top yet, but like 2 steps above. We were waiting patiently in line with a blue double raft for one last run and they let one more kid (my oldest, on a single raft) go and said no one else could go down the slide. I was baffled. I'm sorry what? I've been waiting for like 10 min carrying this heavy raft so me and my other son could go one more time (I hadn't gone with him yet). There were only about 5 rafts behind me ( various rafts single and doubles like mine). We could have all gone by the time I got done discussing with the teen about her letting us go and for the $200 we spent for only being there 3 hours for the day they should let us finish the line. I think they should put a rope up or perhaps not give you a raft and have you walk all those stairs and wait if there was a cut off. Wouldn't that be smart?! Anyway, it really was disappointing. I spoke to the manager and she said they shouldn't have stopped us and should have let us go down. That should be in the training and should have never happened.
Stol giving patrons rafts or put up a rope before entering stairs if there is a cut off time so this doesn't happen again.

翻译：今天天气不错，一直到该离开的时候，也就是下午6点。我听到有位女士说，已经排队的其他人都可以去玩了，但我其实还没排到最前面，只是排在第二位而已。我们带着一个蓝色的双人浮圈，耐心地排队等着最后一次滑滑梯。这时他们又让另一个孩子（我的大儿子，他用的是单人浮圈）去玩，然后就宣布其他人都不能再滑了。我完全摸不着头脑。什么？不好意思，请再说一遍？我背着这个沉重的木筏等了大概10分钟，就为了让我和另一个儿子能再玩一次（之前我还没和他一起玩过）。在我后面只有大约5艘木筏（有单人筏和双人筏，都和我的类似）。等我和那个少女商量好让我们进去，以及我们花了200美元却只玩了3个小时之后，我们所有人其实都本可以进去了。他们理应让我们把游戏流程走完才对。我觉得他们应该拉上绳子，或者干脆不提供救生筏，让游客自己爬完那些楼梯并等候，以防出现时间截止的情况。这样不是更明智吗？！不管怎样，这次体验真的很令人失望。我和经理谈过，她说他们本不该阻止我们，应该让我们下去的。这种情况应该纳入培训内容，根本就不该发生才对。
希望今后在设有时间限制的情况下，景点能向游客提供救生筏，或者在进入楼梯区前拉上绳子，以避免此类情况再次发生。
