点评：From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine enthusiasm from the owners. The views overlooking the olive grove were absolutely spectacular and provided a beautiful setting for the experience. The olive tree grove was stunning. Emma and Scott were wonderful hosts, sharing their knowledge and passion for olive oil production. We learned so much about growing and caring for olive trees, the harvesting process, and how olives are transformed into olive oil. We enjoyed a delicious selection of antipasti while sampling the freshest extra virgin olive oil produced from olives grown right on their property, along with a variety of uniquely flavored olive oils. The experience was made even better by a wonderful lunch featuring homemade pasta and surprise dessert featuring their olive oil. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, making the meal an additional highlight of our visit. I would absolutely recommend visiting Olive Hill Sabina to everyone and I genuinely look forward to going back.
