点评：We started our Mother's Day weekend with, what we hoped would be, a nice glass of wine at Sandhill Crane Vineyards. While we were there, our 6 year old child picked a flower for his Mom. To be clear, he should not have picked a flower from a flower pot. The owner, Kirk Peterson, was so angry about this, he yelled at a 6 year old child... This was terrifying to all three of our young kids and brought them to tears.
Think about that: A grown man yelled at a child for picking a flower, for his mom on mother day weekend. He then tried justifying his actions by yelling at, and insulting, a mother... on mother day weekend. It is a small person who yells at a child. It's a pathetic person who then tries to justify it. I hope the community finds other local wine makers to support. We certainly will.
