点评：The best part of our Disney Cruise was this private tour that we arranged. We were able to go to two different cenotes and have an authentic lunch with a Mayan family. Our first to no table was very private and very peaceful. I don't think that bigger tour groups could have even driven to this cenote that was off the beaten path. The only other group was a small group of Germans that were scuba diving through the underwater caves. It was peaceful and Russel had everything we needed to snorkel. He even brought a vest for our 5-year-old. None of the tours from the ship would accommodate a child age 5 in the cenotes. The second cenote was a little more crowded because it was in a more public place, however our guide was clearly the most knowledgeable and most daring. He jumped off of the very top of the cenote and even climbed up the side of the rocks. All of us jumped off of a medium height platform into the cenote. Russel communicated very well and listened to what I wanted to do. His directions were easy to follow and everything worked perfectly. I heard other people complain about Progreso because it is a poor area. These people survive mostly off of tourism. Honestly for those people that are going to be close-minded jerks, just stay on the ship. But for those people who value connections and learning about other cultures, this is a beautiful people who will show you love and caring. I highly recommend Russel because he will customize his small tour to exactly what fits your family.
