点评：I stopped in with my family yesterday, wife , son and grandson. Overall the store was very nice, a lot to see and pretty good layout. However, they have a locked cabinet with sports cards that you can’t see through the glass. My 13 year old grandson is a card collector and asked to see the cards. We went to the service desk and asked the lady if the cabinet could be opened. She seemed pleasant and asked one of the two men if they wanted to cover the register or open the cabinet. He responded by asking us how long we would be and I replied I don’t know maybe 10 minutes. He then asked the other guy to open it, stating he had to go to the bathroom. The second guy did walk to the cabinet and unlock it for me. However, he went on about how people are always asking to look through this sports cards cabinet but never by anything and I mean on and on! I finally said, why don’t you just tell the vendor to take the cards out. At that point he stated that it doesn’t matter, it will be all over in a few months anyway or something like that. I didn’t understand what he was trying to say and I asked. He just stared at me for a few seconds and you know what I mean. I asked if the store was closing because that was the first thing I thought. He then started to go about, well I’m not sure about what. At that point my grandson said he was done after only looking at a few cards. He locked the cabinet back up and left. We did purchase about sixty dollars worth of items and left. So, bottom line for me is nice store, don’t try to buy sports cards and don’t expect much in customer service.
