点评：Stunning. This museum come gallery is one of the last original examples of a Panama building, where the artist Mesdag created a 360 degree recreation of the Scheveningen coast line, just up the way. Set inside a dome, the way the painting melts into the artificial dunes between the viewing circle and the wall is impressive and mesmerising. Matched by Mesdag's skill in creating the 3D perspective on the inside of the dome. Panorama's such as this were overtaken by the advent of cinema, yet ironically this place is the forerunner to both Imax and VR headsets. Also included in the admission are a few rooms containing Mesdag's regular paintings and some by his wife, Sina. Anyone with a fondness Turner is likely to enjoy's Mesdag's work. Sina too was a talented artist, and quite possibly better at painting human figures than her husband.
