点评：What a glorious place - and great for vegans!
I took part in a disabled ramble around Woodchester Park, near Nailsworth in Gloucestershire.
The staff at #ntcotswolds are so friendly and welcoming, the visitor centre seem to have thought of everything; the accessible toilet is big enough to take a large mobility scooter, lots of seating inside and out, a wonderful cafe with several vegan light food options, a choice of plant milks and their take-away mugs have no plastic. They even put a vegan fruit scone in a bag for me to take away, with sunflower spread and a wooden knife!
The paths are wide and mostly really straightforward for off-road mobility scooters, although a bit muddy where springs run down them, what can't be helped.
When I was there, bluebells, ransoms and wild garlic were in full boom, and what a lovely smell to go with them!
We also visited Woodchester Mansion, working there National Trust park, run by the separate Woodchester Mansion Trust, who do a terrific job of presenting and protecting the unfinished property. Definitely worth a visit.
There are a number of lakes, makes you feel calm just being near them. In fact, the whole park feels good for the soul.
