点评：I had so much fun on this trip, and there were many activities to choose from, just as many people had mentioned before. We didn’t just go to see the aurora; we also experienced starting a fire with a fire steel, drinking freezing water directly from the river that the locals are so proud of, and even cross-country skiing.
Most importantly, the hosts were kind and patient. They not only gave clear and easy-to-follow instructions for all kinds of activities, but were genuinely thoughtful. I was traveling with my mom, who is 70 years old and has a limp. The host helped her get onto his snow scooter because it was better for her back and kept her warm, even though it took more than five minutes and way way way more effort.
When we returned to town, Daniel also gave us a small “town tour” and told us a bit about Kiruna. He shared stories from his own firsthand experience—as someone who grew up here, started a family, and truly loves the city.
