Ngoc goes above and beyond for her clients

点评：We visited Vietnam for 2.5 weeks from Australia and Ngoc assisted us with a cruise of Halong Bay, transfers between the various places we visited and a jeep tour of Hanoi.
Ngoc gave us lots of different options for the Halong Bay cruise and helped us to choose the best one for our family.
When we arrived in Hanoi we felt relieved when we met her as she had so much knowledge she was willing to share with us such as the different experiences we were considering, the best places to shop and the best ATM to use so that we wouldn't be charged fees. From there, we booked the jeep tour with her which was lots of fun.
Throughout our stay we continued to stay in contact with Ngoc and she helped us with transport options. She would answer our questions at any time and even checked to make sure we had been picked up and dropped off by the driver each time.
The Halong Bay cruise was everything as described and Ngoc even went out of her way to advise the cruise company of our dietary requirements. It was one of the highlights of our trip.
We will definitely stay in contact with Ngoc for our next trip and highly recommend her for anyone visiting Vietnam. Her and her husband are so lovely and genuine. Our trip couldn't have been better thanks to Ngoc.
