Highlight of our vacation in Panama!

点评：We had a fun amazing day touring Monkey Island, the Panama Canal, and Casco Viejo with Go Highland Tours, run by Joshua. From the very beginning, Joshua was very responsive, professional and kind, answering my many questions and made the booking process of our semi-private tour very easy.
Our guide, David, was fantastic - very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and well spoken. He even went out of his way to show us the Panama City skyline as requested. The boat trip to Monkey Island was a lot of fun and we got to see a variety of monkeys and wildlife. In the old town of Casco Viejo, David brought us to several interesting shops including a traditional Panama hat shop, a chocolate store, a café featuring Geisha coffee, and an authentic Panamanian restaurant for a delicious lunch. Afterwards we went to see the IMAX film and the Miraflores canal locks which was very fascinating and gave us a better understanding of how and why this canal was created.
David at all times was very attentive, made sure the day ran smoothly, and we learned a lot about Panama in our conversations with him throughout the tour. We also would like to mention our driver who got us everywhere quickly and safely.
This tour was definitely the highlight of our one-week vacation in Panama and I am so glad we did it and booked with Go Highland Tours. Whenever we return to Panama I would not hesitate to book with Go Highland Tours again. Highly recommended!
