点评：I visited Almasi Art Agency at the invitation of a friend, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my time in Diani Beach.
During our visit, Rueben, the curator and director, spent time with us walking through the collection. He shared deep knowledge about each artist, their work, and the messages behind their pieces. His insight into both the meaning and the mediums of the artwork made the experience especially engaging—it felt less like a gallery visit and more like a thoughtful conversation.
The space itself is open, welcoming, and filled with natural light. The artwork is impeccably displayed—never crowded—allowing you to truly spend time with each piece.
I was particularly impacted by the work of Kasambeko Paul “Kaspa,” Fred Abuga, and Alexis de Vilar. If I hadn’t been continuing my travels, I would have seriously considered purchasing a piece.
I would absolutely recommend Almasi Art Agency to both casual visitors and serious collectors. The collection is ongoing, and I imagine it’s a place worth visiting more than once.
