Server Series of Unfortunate Mistakes

点评：We were a party of six seated on two square tables that were side by side. First mistake was server forgot to take my drinks order after everyone had their orders. I joked that she forgot I was there even though I was seated there the whole time she was taking orders. When she came round to take entree orders, that’s when she made a second mistake. She took orders from 4 guests, jumped around instead of going round robin and forgot to take orders from 3 guests. After a while, we got her attention and she proceeded to confirm previous 3 guest orders and to take 3 new orders. Another 30 plus minutes later, way after the 3 orders were served, we asked where were the other 3 entrees? She told us she hadn’t put it in despite having spoken to the remaining 3 guests and claimed we didn’t confirm. Usually if there’s such a major mistake, some comps will usually be given to make up for the issue. Not in this case. Obviously we didn’t tip the full amount. This really marred our entire tables experience and we will probably never be back again. Even a take out I had earlier in the day provided way better and attentive service than this restaurant.
