点评：Avoid this place at all cost.
We paid just under £40 and travelled 45 mins for what can be described as the most disappointing, and falsely advertised christmas experience.
The experience took no more than 6-7minutes. We entered and most of the lights didn't work, the staff have no enthusiasm apart from from one girl. We had eye rolls of some of the girls who clearly can't be bothered. The outfits are dirty, the track is rusty metal walls with the odd light.
The santa was the worst I have ever seen, his beard didn't sit right you could see his dark hair underneath, his suit was terrible and he showed no effort to at least act a little like Santa, infact you could hear the voice of a young lad who clearly didn't want to be there. Mrs Clause has no resemblance to Mrs Clause other than her dress which was covered in mud, again zero effort. She then give my 8 and 11 year old daughters a ' 1st hundred word' book, a carrot, and a some reindeer dust. They are beyond needing a 1st words book, there should have been some age related gifts especially considering you had to pay extra for any additional children.
Words do not describe how bad this was, it was so bad that we had to laugh or we would cry. Do not waste your money, you will be disappointed and your children will be left questioning the Santa.
If you do go, don't expect any response from them as they clearly do not care about customer satisfaction or the happiness of the children and it is obviously a money making scheme.
On the plus side the 2 hour ques that others had experienced during the first few days of the event were not there when we arrived, we got straight in and quicker then we could say Merry Christmas we were out the other side... although this is probably because people heard how bad it was and avoided.
I mean we will probably talk about this for years to come for all the wrong reasons as we laugh at how horrendous it was.

简直无法用语言形容这有多糟糕，糟糕到我们只能苦笑，否则就要哭了。千万别浪费钱，你会失望的，你的孩子也会对圣诞老人充满疑问。
如果你去了，也别指望他们会回应你，因为他们显然不在乎顾客满意度或孩子的快乐，这显然只是个赚钱的骗局。
不过，也有好的一面，我们到的时候并没有像其他人说的那样，在活动开始的前几天排两个小时的队，我们直接就进去了，还没来得及说声“圣诞快乐”就出来了……当然，这很可能是因为大家都听说了情况，所以都避开了。
我的意思是，未来几年我们可能都会因为各种错误的原因谈论这件事，我们会嘲笑它有多么可怕。
