Amazing tour guide in an amazing country

点评：Merdan was, without a doubt, the best tour guide I had during the entire Central Asia tour.
From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group was catered for, taking the time to understand and accommodate everyone’s different needs. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him, and he always went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly — particularly when it came to making sure we made our connections and timings on time.
His knowledge of Turkmenistan is incredible, but what really stood out was his passion for his country and his culture. He clearly loves sharing his home with visitors, and that enthusiasm made the experience all the more special.
On top of all of that, Merdan is an extremely friendly, funny and genuinely lovely human being. He created such a warm atmosphere within the group and was always approachable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile.
You genuinely couldn’t ask for a better tour guide. Merdan was the highlight of the entire Central Asia trip for me, and I feel very lucky to have had him as our guide in Turkmenistan.
He is an absolute credit to his country and to his family, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Merdan, for making our time in Turkmenistan so memorable!
