Fun Family Cruise with Excellent Staff, but Not 5-Star

点评：We did a two-night Erina Cruise with our kids and extended family. Overall, it was a nice family experience, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.
The check-in process and transfer boat took much longer than expected, which was frustrating, especially with kids. While waiting, there really wasn’t much offered, and the bathrooms were not very clean, which didn’t make the best first impression.
Once on board, the experience improved. The food was good, and the pool and day trip were the highlight for the kids — those activities really made the cruise enjoyable for our family. The staff were excellent and truly helped make up for some of the shortcomings. They were friendly, helpful, and worked hard to keep everyone comfortable.
That said, the bedrooms were not 5-star, and the overall boat could use a deeper clean and some updates. The wood surfaces need polishing, and there are several areas that could use touch-ups to make the ship feel fresher.
One more frustrating note: the last stop at a tourist silk shop was a joke. You’re forced to zigzag through the entire store, clearly designed to pressure you into buying things most of us had no interest in. The most frustrating part was that we paid for a private van through Erina and still had to make this stop. I understand this is common on many Asian tours, but it was unexpected and not forewarned, which made it especially annoying while trying to get back to Hanoi. Sure glad the driver was able to eat his lunch/dinner….
If you’re traveling with kids, there’s definitely fun to be had, the staff do a great job, and the pool is a big bonus. The picture with our daughter and manger, we would like to extend a special thanks. She was amazing and went over and beyond for everyone!

如果你带着孩子旅行，这里绝对能玩得很开心，工作人员服务周到，泳池也是一大亮点。我们想特别感谢和女儿以及经理的合影。她太棒了，对每个人都尽心尽力！
