点评：How is Trip Advisor working with this sketchy company Tropical Reef Watersport? Our family of eight went to Puerto Rico especially to see the bioluminescent bay. We bought flights, car rentals, the ferry, lodging, and tour reservations. BUT only a couple of hours before the tour they curtly said it was canceled " due to scientific studies being conducted on the population and bioluminescence levels of the Bio Bay, the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources and the Puerto Rico Police will be carrying out special operations in the area. As a result, the bay will remain closed today and tomorrow, and unfortunately we will be required to cancel our scheduled tours and operations during this period. " NOT TRUE there were several other tour operators in the area, with long-standing reputations, hosting tours that night - and the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources had no such notices posted. WE CALLED THEM Although the company takes reservations by phone, they would not answer the phone when we called. WE EMAILED THEM they replied this exact message " The phone is not available we are closed we hsve semd a message today at 5pm we had to cancel due to DRNA from PR stop all operations for thid night " (sic). BUT they were not closed, they were open for business the very next morning and we have a photograph to prove this. WE ASKED FOR A REFUND and they never responded, so we had to report them to Trip Advisor to get our refund. Tropical Reef Watersport doesn’t care about people who sacrifice so much to take the tour.
