点评:We booked the tour and paid online, with no mention of needing to buy an online audio guide. When arriving, again no mention or option of an audio guide. The tour starts fully in Italian. There was a quick "does anyone not understand English?" When I put my hand up, was told thay I would need an audio guide from the Museum entrance, but the guide immediately walked off to start the tour. My husband ran back to pick them up, but was told only thay they needed to be downloaded, and they would not provide a or code or details on where to get it. As he needed to then catch up, he came on so as not to get lost. We spent the next 10 minutes trying to find the download, which doesn't seem to exist! So we spent almost £100 for 3 to walk round a building with no context. Worst service I have ever received in a hospitality setting.
