Secret Harbour的点评
点评：We recently spent a week at Secret Harbor Resort in St. Thomas. As we have stayed here several times previously in the past, we were unpleasantly surprised with our latest experience. The condo we were assigned was overall nice with basic amenities however, it was in need of some basic maintenance and repairs. No laundry, coolers or other "beach" gear was provided and nearly 1/2 of cabinets were locked.
The beach which is arguably their best asset is no longer a "secret" by any means! Areas designated for guests are very quickly overrun by two types of groups. The guests from nearby hotels, villas and condos that do not have their own beach, simply take up residence here each day in droves. Groups of 8 to 12 people arrive armed with chairs, coolers and blue tooth speakers quickly invade any shaded area of beach. Often even moving the resort chairs out of their way. Then the waves of cruise ship folks start to arrive. Taxis swarm the parking lot and disgorge their payload of passengers from as many as 5 gigantic ships in port on any given day.
There is always the restaurants on site that are available. We found the "Patio" at the Sunset Grill to be relatively reasonably priced although with a limited menu. The dinning room however, was predatory in cost for even the most modest entries. Not mention the ridiculous prices for drinks!
It is such a sad, shame this resort has sold out to become just another densely crowed beach destination. I strongly advise anyone considering the cost of rental here to shop around for a better value. Otherwise you might return from lunch to find your beach chairs pushed aside by a large, rowdy group from a cruiser ship getting drunk, screaming and playing their music now inches away...

度假村内也有一些餐厅可供选择。我们发现日落烧烤餐厅的“露台”价格相对合理，尽管菜单选择有限。然而，餐厅的用餐区价格却高得离谱，即使是最普通的菜品也价格不菲。更别提那些离谱的酒水价格了！
令人遗憾的是，这家度假村如今已沦为又一个拥挤不堪的海滩度假胜地。我强烈建议任何考虑在这里租房的人多方比较，寻找更划算的住宿。否则，你午餐回来后可能会发现，你的沙滩椅被一群来自游轮的喧闹人群挤到了一边，他们喝得酩酊大醉，大声喧哗，音乐声震耳欲聋，距离你只有几英寸远……
