The most unhygeneic and unrelaxing spa experience
The Spa at The Oulton Club的点评
点评：Unclean, unorganised and completely underwhelming.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending almost £250 for a spa day for myself and a friend, I feel people deserve to know what to expect at Oulton Hall Spa.
From the moment we arrived, the experience felt disorganised and unwelcoming. The front desk staff were cold and unfriendly, and the same could sadly be said for the therapists. It immediately set the tone for the day.
One of the only two spa facilities (the steam room) was not working, which was hugely disappointing given the price we paid. No one informed us beforehand, and there was no effort to acknowledge or make up for it.
We were not given robes on arrival and had to ask for them, which made us feel awkward and as though we were being a nuisance, despite robes being clearly included in the spa package.
The changing rooms were extremely unclean, with blocked toilets left unattended. This alone made the experience feel unhygienic and poorly managed.
The atmosphere in the spa and pool area was far from relaxing. The clientele were extremely loud, and there was no effort from staff to maintain a calm environment, meaning we were unable to relax at any point.
We both booked a back massage, facial and scalp massage, which sadly felt rushed and very mediocre. Treatments felt like they were being ticked off a list rather than delivered with care.
Overall, the entire experience was incredibly disappointing and nowhere near worth the price. I would not recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing or premium spa day.

我们都预订了背部按摩、面部护理和头部按摩，但遗憾的是，整个过程都显得匆忙而敷衍。感觉他们只是在按部就班地完成护理项目，而不是用心服务。
总而言之，整个体验令人极其失望，完全不值这个价。我不会向任何想要享受放松或高端水疗体验的人推荐这家水疗中心。
