点评：We had 5 kids with us today with an age range of 2 - 15. The little ones loved exploring the houses and the sound effects, while the older ones were having a blast in the park. We took advantage of the discounted ticket for march, so it was definitely worth the money. We spent about 2 hours here and since we had a multi ticket we went to the gardens too. So we spent approximately 4 hours all together.
I would like to mention a staff member (who's name I unfortunately forgot to get). She was on the tickets for the park, then on the tickets when we went to the garden and on the car park when we left. She was absolutely amazing, one of the children is SEN and non verbal, this lady made a point to talk to my child directly even though they don't speak or acknowledge others. She also explained where the loud areas were and if we wanted to leave at any point, if it was too overwhelming, just to do so and we could go straight back in and if we needed her just to find her and ask. It's the first time I have ever had someone do this anywhere I have been and it absolutely made the trip out better due to the understanding. I'm really grateful for the care, support and understanding, it made us all feel more at ease knowing SEN is understood. So a big thank you to this staff member.
