点评：We had a reserved slot with Santa for my 3 year old granddaughter who was obviously very excited to see him . Upon arrival at Lilidorei we were informed we had tickets for Robinson’s Santa in town and were not valid at Lilidorei ! I booked the tickets in July along with the Light trail on the website as an add on and also rang Alnwick gardens the next day to book another ticket for an extra adult .
I was never informed these tickets were not for the garden at the time of purchase and assumed obviously they would be as it was the same website . The men on the gate at Lilidorei said this was happening regularly and the people behind us were also told their tickets were for Robinson’s too ! We were all very upset as our children were expecting to see Santa at the Gardens , after talking to the manager he said there was nothing he could do, he simply really didn’t care . They obviously had known there was a problem and had many people duped and upset over the 2 weeks of opening and had done nothing about it resolve the issue. Absolutely appalling and upsetting how this happened and for every upset child expecting to see Santa ! Feel conned and very let down.
This is a warning for anybody booked this Christmas please check your tickets with them first as they don’t seen to care .
