点评：Our team of four from Bush 2 City Adventure and Hola Africa had the pleasure of taking a balloon safari with Nyssa Balloon Safaris on 9th May 2026, and it was truly unforgettable. As tourism partners who regularly book balloon safaris for our clients with various operators, we were genuinely overwhelmed by the exceptional service and professionalism of the entire team.
A special thanks to Sam, who met us on the evening of 8th May and provided a wonderful briefing before arranging our early-morning transfer to the flight. Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome from Ismet, the Balloon Manager, whose briefing and commentary throughout the experience were both informative and engaging.
Our sincere appreciation also goes to our balloon pilot, John, who was absolutely outstanding. His professionalism, calmness, and passion made the entire flight awe-inspiring, memorable, and truly enjoyable. The approximately one-hour flight over the Serengeti was magical and exceeded all our expectations.
One of the most memorable moments was the beautiful champagne toast after landing, which added a classic, luxurious touch to the entire experience. It was perfectly organised and made the morning even more special.
Afterwards, we enjoyed a lovely session discussing the history of balloon aviation before proceeding to an exceptionally well-organised bush breakfast. The breakfast setup was remarkable, and we would like to sincerely thank the wonderful chefs, cooks, and the entire service team for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. Everything was beautifully prepared and professionally delivered.
Thank you once again to the entire Nyssa Balloon Safaris team for creating such a memorable and world-class experience. We genuinely enjoyed every moment and look forward to working together again in the future.
