Consistently overcrowded with no priority for business class passengers

点评:I have used the Bidvest Premier Lounge at Cape Town International Airport multiple times and, unfortunately, the experience is consistently disappointing.
The lounge is almost always full, to the point where it feels more like a busy food court than a premium airport lounge. Despite travelling Qatar Airways Business Class, there was no recognition or priority whatsoever. Business class passengers are treated exactly the same as walk-ins, defeating the purpose of lounge access altogether.
The most frustrating part was the front desk staff, who were abrupt and unhelpful. Rather than managing expectations professionally or explaining capacity issues politely, the interaction felt dismissive and rude.
For a lounge that markets itself as “Premier,” the experience falls well below what international business class travellers would reasonably expect. Until capacity is better managed and staff training improves, I would not consider this lounge a reliable or premium offering.
