点评:We were so disappointed. After searching reviews for different lounges, settled on Premium Plaza as a treat for our 4 hour stopover at KL airport. On finding lounge we found it to be very busy, had to grab a table and share with another couple. Dirty plates every where being cleared by a grumpy worker. My husband went in search of food and drink while I kept our hard-won seats. Came back with a small glass of wine that he was charged £8.50 for. When I went up there was a scramble for hot food and pushing at the drinks station.
Overall vibe was a chaotic and noisy canteen - not at all how I imagined a ‘premium’ loung to be. Maybe 8pm on a monday evening is not the time to go?
Definitely not worth the £80+ spent, the main terminal concourse is classier.
