点评：Two of us signed up for a private 14-day tour of Laos with Brother Tours, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We requested an itinerary covering the entire country—from Pakse and the 4,000 Islands in the south to Luang Prabang in the north—and they were incredibly accommodating in tailoring the trip to our preferences.
When we ran into issues obtaining visas on arrival at the Vietnamese border, the Brother Tours team quickly adapted and arranged to pick us up in a different city so we could still begin the tour smoothly. Throughout the trip, they remained flexible and responsive to any changes we requested, making the entire experience stress-free.
All transportation and transfers were seamless. From planes to trains to automobiles, everything was thoughtfully arranged and executed without a hitch.
The guides were passionate, knowledgeable, and clearly loved what they do, which added so much to the experience. We especially appreciated our guides—Ken, Neng, Tae, and Sakhone.
