点评：We feel so fortunate to have discovered Leonel for our time in Lisbon. Hands down the finest, most knowledgeable guide that we could have asked for. We scheduled two private tours with him.
First, my husband is a history lover and wanted to learn more about the Peninsular War and the Linhas de Torres Vedras outside of Lisbon. As it happens, that is exactly the area Leonel lives and was thrilled to share the history of this event on my husband's private tour. He took the time to drive to some of the significant sites and in between shared his vast knowledge of the events that occurred during that time. It was most definitely a highlight for my husband.
Second tour was to take four of us to the secret places in Sintra. After we left the city center thronging with tourists, we wandered through the parkland grounds of Biester Palace. You could feel the mystical aura, the peace, solitude and beauty that is the real Sintra. We only encountered a small handful of people on this walk and our tour of the beautiful palace with extraordinary woodwork and details. The views of the other palaces and castles were gorgeous and you knew that people were being herded through them like cattle.
Leonel was such a blessing guiding us through some of the most memorable and picturesque places we would have never found on our own.
His rates were very reasonable and he is such a knowledgeable, kind and attentive guide.
