点评：We had a fantastic experience at Drop Zone! One of the owners was tending bar, and he was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about all of their products. We did the full tasting with our group of four. It moved pretty quickly, but we didn’t mind at all since we stopped in on a Monday evening just before closing.
We left with several bottles and their Bloody Mary mix—which is absolutely outstanding! Every single liquor we sampled was smooth, with no harsh bite, and each had a subtle, natural flavor. Unlike many other distilleries, their spirits aren’t overloaded with sugary syrups, which really lets the quality shine through.
The military/veteran-themed storefront is a nice touch, and they also have some great shirts and souvenirs. It’s not the biggest or fanciest distillery in town, but those are often the places we love most. We always enjoy supporting local distillers with a rich heritage and exceptional products.
My personal favorites were the tea moonshine and the peach—both were incredible!
If you’re in town, do yourself a favor and stop by Drop Zone. You won’t be disappointed. We’ll definitely be back!
