Tong Garden Centre的点评
点评：Went up to this Garden centre today to have a look round as it is my local one, I found two reduced plants but didn’t have a Basket ( as there were none by the Entrance?) so I asked a member of staff who was watering in the outdoor area for one and was told there were some, “about” in the main shop , I walk with a stick because of Spinal damage & for balance as I also have a Heart Condition as-well , I had to struggle t 2 ( 1litre Plant Pots) My stick & a bag to hobble into the shop to find a basket , I think this was disgusting , when this Garden Centre was family owned & independent a staff member would of got the Basket for you, obviously the Customer Service has gone down hill since then, As it is the staff ignore you at the Tills anyway & talk amongst themselves when serving, maybe this is a reason to shop at Horticentre more in future !
翻译：今天我去了家附近的这家园艺中心转了转。我发现了两株正在打折的植物，但没带购物篮（入口处好像一个篮子都没有）。于是我向正在户外区域浇水的店员询问是否有篮子，他告诉我主卖场里“大概”有一些。由于脊柱受损且患有心脏病，我走路时需要借助拐杖来保持平衡。我费了很大劲才拿着一根手杖和一个袋子，一瘸一拐地走进商店去找一个购物篮。我觉得这种情况实在糟糕：以前这家园艺中心是家族经营的独立企业，那时总会有员工主动帮你拿购物篮。显然，自那以后他们的客户服务水平就每况愈下。现在收银处的员工根本不理睬顾客，服务时还自顾自地聊天。也许正因如此，以后我会更多地选择去Horticentre购物吧！
